Faculty

The Suzuki flute world is like a family, and Institute Co-Directors Mary Bassett Shemon and Zara Lawler did much of their Suzuki teacher training together, and have been planning this institute ever since.  Among Mary and Zara’s Suzuki teacher trainers and mentors is the dynamic and inspiring Meret Bitticks, a treasured faculty member of the UMKC Suzuki Flute Institute.
